Welcome to the April issue of Whisper n Thunder. The range of articles spans everything from the 2010 Olympics with Canada's tribute to First Nations people, to an incredible profile of Zitkala Sa - and everything in between.
We hope you'll enjoy the many pages of articles, the 7 pages of poetry and prose, as well as so much more for kids, youth and young adults. Even adults will enjoy the several pages of The Stories from Elders which are targeted at children & youth. We have 2 different articles on the movie Avatar. There's a great event coming up in August in D.C. - be sure to have a look at News n Updates. Beautiful photography, graphics, and sketch work by WnT artists again this issue.
Check back every now and then - we post various items on a regular basis, which is noted on this page as we update.
Whisper n Thunder is meant to be read over time - there are 45 pages in this issue. This posting will be up through the end of June. Easiest way to find out what's in the issue is on the Sitemap page.
Interested in writing? We welcome everyone to the author's table, including an invitation for youth to write for our next issue, which will be published in July.
